  4. Ahmedabad Metro Rail (Phase II): The second phase is expanding metro connectivity to GIFT City and other developing suburbs, improving last-mile connectivity and increasing property values in metro-served areas.
  5. GIFT City: India’s first operational smart city and IFSC (International Financial Services Centre) is already attracting global banks, fintech companies, and residential developers — setting the tone for global-standard real estate in Gujarat.
